SSI Try Scuba — Your First Dive

SSI Try Scuba is the perfect program if you want to try scuba diving for the first time, with no previous experience required. Accompanied throughout by a certified SSI instructor from the ALPHAMARIN Dive Center team in Constanța, you'll discover your first basic techniques in a controlled and safe environment — and go home with a huge smile and your SSI Try Scuba digital recognition card.

What you'll experience

How the program works

1. Theory session — We explain the fundamentals: how the equipment works, breathing techniques and underwater communication signals. Quick, simple, no complicated theory.

2. In-water session — Fully equipped and accompanied by your SSI instructor, you descend below the surface and experience the magic of diving to up to 5 meters depth.

3. SSI Try Scuba digital card — At the end, you receive your SSI recognition card — proof that you've taken the first step into the fascinating world of diving!

Participation requirements

• Minimum age: 8 years (minors require parental or guardian consent)

• No prior diving experience required

• Good physical condition and basic swimming ability

• No major medical conditions (a standard health questionnaire is completed)
